When you create an account, post a trade ad, send a message, or contact us, you may provide information like a username, email address, or message content. We only ask for what's needed to make the feature work.
Third-party login
You can sign in with Roblox or Google. When you do, we receive basic profile information from that provider — typically your username, a user id, and your avatar — which we use only to create and run your account. We never receive your password, and we don't post anything on your behalf.
Chat & trade activity
When you use community features, we store the content you post — chat messages, trade ads, ratings — along with timestamps, so the features work and can be moderated. Public messages are visible to other users by design (see Live Chat & Public Profiles below).
Information collected automatically
When you visit BloxFruitsWorth, we automatically collect certain technical information — your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, approximate location (country/region level), pages visited, and time spent on each page. This data helps us understand how traders use the site and where we can improve.

- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — non-essential cookies, personalized advertising, and any optional feature that asks for it. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — keeping records where tax, accounting, or other applicable law requires it.
We do not use your information for anything beyond running and improving the Service.
Live Chat & Public Profiles
BloxFruitsWorth includes community features like live chat, trade ads, giveaways, and public profiles. Information you share in these spaces — your username, messages, trade listings — is visible to other users by design.
Think of public features like a town square: anything you post there can be seen by anyone visiting. Don't share personal information (real name, address, phone number, passwords) in public areas.
We may log messages and activity in community features for moderation and safety purposes.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights regarding your personal data. We respect those rights regardless of your location.

- You can request deletion of your personal information.

Children's Privacy
BloxFruitsWorth is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us — we will delete it promptly.
Users between 13 and 18 should use the Service with parental awareness and guidance.
Data Retention
We keep your information only for as long as we need it to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Our current retention windows are:
- Account & profile: kept while your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where the law requires us to keep it.
- Public chat messages: automatically deleted about 2 days after they are posted.
- Private messages (DMs): kept while your account exists so your conversation history stays available, and removed if you delete your account. Encrypted messages that are never delivered are deleted after 7 days.
- Trade ads: stop being shown in the public feed about 3 days after posting. The row stays stored until you delete the ad or we remove it.
- Server logs: kept for a limited period for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention, then rotated out.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including secure connections (HTTPS), restricted access to stored data, and regular security practices.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure — we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work hard to keep your data safe and respond quickly if a concern is ever raised.
International Users
BloxFruitsWorth is used by traders around the world. If you access the Service from outside the country where our servers are located, your information may be transferred to and processed in a different country. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses with our processors.
We aim to protect your data to the same standard regardless of where it is processed.
CCPA Opt-Out
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" of their personal information.
We do not sell your personal information. However, some advertising technologies we use (like cookies for personalized ads) may qualify as a "sale" under CCPA's broad definition. To opt out of this:
