The tougher raid-tier and Order-style bosses are built to test you, and a squad simply overwhelms them: several players focusing the boss drop its health before it can cycle through its dangerous phases. Shared aggro also means no single player eats every attack, so nobody's constantly running back from spawn.
On the Team Finder, create a Boss request, name the boss in the description, and set a player count that fits — two to four is plenty for most. Share your server link so the squad spawns in together and can reset the boss for repeat kills.
